
How to Login to Domain Manager when I
have my correct Username and Password (Authentification Error)
Note:
The Authentification Error occurs for only two reasons. 1) You are
not typing in the correct login information. This could be a result
of the CAPS LOCK key being on. The login area to the Domain Manager
is CASE Sensative. Make sure you type in your domain name, username
and password exactly. Or, 2) Your account has not been added to
the Domain Manager as of yet.
VERY
IMPORTANT: All new domain registrations can take
up to 72 hours. If you have not received your confirmation letter
you will not be able to login to the Domain Manager.

If
you are having trouble logging into the Domain
Manager, we recommend you have your current username and password
sent to you via email. You can request for your username and password
here. If you request your username and password
and do NOT receive them after 48 hours, please click here.
