Password

The ONLY way to receive your lost username and password is via email.

IMPORTANT: If your Administrative Contact Email
Address is NOT current, you will not be able to request for your
username and password via email.
How to:
If
you can NOT receive your lost username and password
via because you can NOT check your Administrative
Contact Email Address, you will need to follow the instructions
below:
Here
are the instructions for a change of Administrative Contact Email
Address; this process will take 5-7 days to update your new email
address. This is the ONLY way to change
your Administrative Contact Email Address in order to receive your
lost username and password:
1. User must fax an authorization letter to:
614-501-9892.
2.
User must send authorization letter on Company letterhead. If
Domain Name is     registered to individual, letterhead
is not required.
3.
User must explain circumstance to why their email address is incorrect.
4.
User must provide a statement authorizing the request.
5.
User must sign the authorization.
6.
User must include Domain Name, Username, Address, Name, Telephone
Number,     etc. Anything they could include proving
that they indeed own the Domain Name.
7.
User must include a photocopy of Photo ID.
